This CONTRACT is made by and between the Buyers and the Sellers,
whereby the Buyer agrees to buy and the Seller agrees to sell
the undermentioned goods on the terms and conditions stipulated below
Commodity: Working Gloves
Specification: Type N572
Quantity: 5000 dozen
Unit Price: HKD 27.00 per dozen CIF Hong Kong
Total Value: HKD 135000.00 only
Packing:In boxes of a dozen each, 10 boxes to a carton
Insurance: To be covered by the Seller against All Risks
and War Risk for 110% or the invoice value
Terms of Payment: By confirmed irrevocable L/C payable by draft at sight
to reach the Seller 30 days before shipment and remain valid for negotiation in China
till the 15th day after the latest date of shipment as specified in the covering L/C.
