中医食疗
在辩证施食的时候,须考虑个人的体质特点。形体肥胖之人多痰湿,宜多吃清淡的食品;形体消瘦之人多阴虚、血亏、
津少,宜多吃滋阴生津的食品。春季万物始动,阳气发越,应多食清淡之菜蔬、豆类及豆制品;夏季炎热多雨,宜吃些甘寒、
清淡、少油的食品,如绿豆、西瓜等;秋季万物收敛,燥气袭人,宜吃具滋润性质的食品,如水果、蛋类等;冬季天寒地冻,
万物伏藏,此时最宜吃些温热御寒之物,如羊肉、狗肉等。
在摄取食物时,应注意营养宜全,备食宜软,用食宜温,三餐宜时,烹调宜淡,进食宜缓,食量宜适,就餐宜静。
