er, companies’ focus on experience is short-sighted, and individual ability plays a more i
mportant role. There are twofundamental factors contributing to my point of view. To b
egin with, knowledge and ability are crucial for a company’s survival. If a company wants
to flourish, it needs new talents who can provide novel insights. Learning experience enab
les one to fit into the evolving society. In the long run, the new recruits can definitely
bring companies much revenue. Moreover, experienced employees can produce immediate profi
ts, but they also have potential risks. They are more likely to do job-hopping or become o
utdated in their ideas and concepts. In conclusion, companies should not only emphasize
on experience and should give opportunities to college graduates so that they can reap lo
ng-term profits.
